What this website collects
Quote forms collect your name, email or phone, collection and delivery postcodes, preferred date, inventory, access arrangements and requested help. If you choose to add item photos, those are stored with your enquiry. Message forms collect your contact details, reference and message.
How it is used
The Man And Van team uses the information to assess your request, contact you and plan the proposed service. Requests are saved in the website’s protected enquiry inbox. A daily hashed connection identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. The page where the enquiry began and supplied campaign labels may be stored to identify its source.
Photos and sensitive information
Only upload photos relevant to the move. Do not include identity documents, payment card details, passwords, medical information or unrelated personal information. Item photos are not displayed publicly and can be retrieved by authorised staff or through the private customer quote link associated with that enquiry.
Contact and marketing
Submitting a form asks the team to contact you about that request. It does not subscribe you to marketing. The website displays your reference after a successful submission; automatic email receipts are not currently enabled.
Quotes, bookings and private links
When a quote is issued, we store its scope, price, terms and validity. Acceptance records the name you enter and the time, and creates a booking request. Staff may record booking arrangements, internal notes, verified payment records and invoice drafts. No card details are collected here. Communication drafts are saved but automatic email sending is disabled.
A private quote link allows anyone holding it to view and accept that quote and view its associated booking status, enquiry photos, shared invoice files and recorded payment history. Keep it private. Links expire after 90 days and the team can replace them; replaced or withdrawn links stop working. Your quote access code is not stored in browser storage and is removed from the visible address after opening.
Other Freivio Group websites
Links to Movivio, Courivio, Freivio and the Exchange take you to separate websites. Existing Movivio accounts and quotes stay there. Their forms and privacy information apply when you use those sites. Authorised group management can view Man And Van enquiries in the shared sales dashboard and update their owner, status and follow-up. Customer private-link tokens, invoice files, payment references and photo storage keys are not included in that shared enquiry feed.
Questions or requests about your data
Use the contact form to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. Include your reference if known; the team may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not send identity documents through this form.
Optional website measurement
If you allow measurement, we record counts of quote starts, successful submissions and contact-link clicks, grouped by general page type. These events do not contain your name, contact details, form contents, full page URL, campaign query strings or a persistent visitor identifier. We do not send these events to Google Analytics. Staff and private customer pages are excluded. Event records are used for up to 90 days; older stored records are removed when new events arrive.
Allow and Decline are equally available. Your choice is saved on this device for 180 days. Use Privacy choices to change it at any time. Declining or withdrawing stops future optional events; the enquiry and booking features still work. Previously collected events cannot be tied to you for individual removal because they contain no visitor identifier. Operational enquiry records are separate from these optional counts.
Invoice files
Authorised staff can share an approved invoice PDF associated with your enquiry. Internal drafts are not automatically shared. Staff can withdraw future access to a file, but this cannot recall copies already downloaded to a device.
Website storage
The quote form does not use browser storage as an enquiry database. Requests are saved securely on the server. Platform sign-in used for the protected staff area may use its own authentication cookies.
