Useful belongings. A new destination.

How this service works.

Useful furniture can have a second life, but a charity or recipient must agree to accept it before a van is arranged. Send photographs and descriptions to the recipient and ask about their condition, safety-label and delivery requirements. Acceptance is their decision, not a promise made by the transport service.

What you can ask us to move

  • Pre-agreed furniture donations
  • Boxed reusable household belongings
  • Collections from charity shops after purchase

This is transport of accepted reusable goods, not waste clearance. A charity may refuse items that do not meet its requirements.

Prepare for collection.

Once acceptance is confirmed, provide the address, opening times and contact details for the handover. Explain whether collection or delivery involves stairs and what carrying help is needed. If goods are refused, the next step must be agreed separately; this enquiry is not a rubbish-removal or disposal booking.

Details to include in your quote.

  • Obtain recipient acceptance before booking.
  • Check opening hours and unloading access.
  • Confirm any condition or labelling requirements with the recipient.

Include full collection and delivery postcodes, your preferred date and how much carrying help you need. Photos help explain the load but do not replace dimensions and weight. Find your location →

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Charity & donation deliveries: your questions.

Can you take unwanted furniture away without a recipient?+

This service is for transport to an agreed recipient, not waste clearance. Arrange acceptance first or seek an appropriate clearance service separately.

What is included in my quote?+

Ask for the vehicle, crew, collection and delivery scope, price basis, waiting charges and any agreed materials or extra work to be confirmed. This is transport of accepted reusable goods, not waste clearance. A charity may refuse items that do not meet its requirements.

Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?+

No. The team must review suitability and availability and agree the price and terms with you. Keep your enquiry reference; no payment is taken by this form.

BEFORE YOU PACK

Good questions.
Clear answers.

How much does a man and van cost?+

The quote depends on the load, journey, stairs, parking, carrying help and date. Request a tailored quote and agree whether the price is fixed or time-based, including any minimum charges and extras.

Will someone help me carry the items?+

Tell us how much loading and unloading help you need. The number of movers and included carrying are agreed before booking; do not assume one person can move every item safely.

Can I request a weekend or short-notice move?+

Yes. Give your preferred date, any flexibility and collection windows. We check each request; a submitted enquiry does not guarantee same-day or weekend availability.

Can I request packing or dismantling?+

Yes. Include the items and the work you need in the form. Materials, dismantling, assembly and specialist handling are only included when specifically agreed.

Do you offer self-drive van hire or waste clearance?+

No. This form is for transport and moving-service enquiries. It is not self-drive rental or a rubbish clearance booking.
